For the E&S Magazine, whose mission is to disseminate knowledge through scientific articles and interviews with personalities who impact our job market, it represents the strengthening of ties between cultures and opportunities for export, after all, according to data from Apex Brasil, the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency, Brazil is the seventh largest producer and exporter of cocoa in the world, and with international awards for the quality of our product.
This title caught our attention, became the defense of a final paper and obtained a good classification. The author of the defense is Shin, a former student of the MBA in Agribusiness by USP/ESALQ. Shin, of Korean nationality, has lived in Brazil for about 4 years and works in the Commercial Division of the Consulate of Korea. He identified that despite Korea importing products from Brazil such as soybeans and corn, it is unaware of the potential of Brazilian chocolate, which ranges from cocoa cultivation to the final product, covering all stages of the industry.
Korea does not produce cocoa and imports the product from European Countries and the United States. To identify the export potential of famous Brazilian chocolate, Shin used data tools to intensify his research involving one of the best scenarios, the Amazon.
Your commitment goes beyond the course you chose for your professional development; now you have the mission to promote and strengthen the sweet ties of export between Brazil and Korea. Here is my invitation to meet Shin, our interviewee today for E&S Magazine.
About the Interviewee
