The human repertoire in the age of AI
Critical thinking and creativity are irreplaceable in the work of a marketing professional
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is capable of incredible feats, but it does not yet possess the judgment, empathy, intuition, and strategic creativity necessary to do the job of a good marketing professional.
In this area, it is important to know how to use the tool to automate repetitive tasks, saving time to do what the machine doesn’t know how to do: connect with the audience. Critical thinking and the repertoire that precedes the use of AI are what truly matter in the work of marketing teams, as creativity draws from this source.
Emerson Stempin, founder of the Sonder agency, from Paraná, believes that nothing replaces human repertoire in creative work. And that’s what presenter Soraia Fessel talks to him about in this edition of the mesacast from Revista Estratégias e Soluções, from Instituto Pecege. It’s worth watching!
