“To be part of the growth, to be able to give ideas, was a gift”

In celebration of the 22nd anniversary of the Pecege Institute, the Strategies and Solutions (E&S) Magazine sought out some of the main voices responsible for building this history. The mission was to reconstruct the paths that gave rise to one of the largest ecosystems of education and innovation in the interior of São Paulo — today a reference in teaching, research, technology, and society.

This initiative also marks the launch of the documentary series “Inspiring Trajectories”, created by the magazine to tell the stories of people who transform their careers into legacies in the most diverse areas of knowledge. The first season, “Pecege Identity”, premiered on June 2nd on the magazine’s Youtube channel.

Episode 3 features the testimony of HR manager Erica Donatte, an economist who started as an intern, helped implement the institute’s Human Resources department, and for a long time was the only woman on the team.
